The poisonous Amanita muscaria (Fly Agaric) - an introduced "weed" species into Australia, presumably when conifers were introduced. It contains muscimol and ibotenic acid which are hallucinogens but can be fatal if ingested in sufficient quantity. These are NOT the "magic mushrooms" used recreationally! | P1070417.jpg |
