  • one of the benefits of a small sensor is that manufacturers can design relatively small lenses with massive zoom ranges
  • obviously the main compromise is image quality especially in low light when higher ISO levels are required
  • nevertheless, this genre of camera will suit some people

  • 16MP, 1/2.3“ BSI 4:3 CDAF only sensor, RAW support, 7fps x 7 images; 5EV OIS;
  • 24-3000mm eq 125x zoom f/2.8-8 plus 2-4x digital zoom to get to 12000mm reach but with loss of image quality
